GMO labelling is still not mandatory in many states in the US, so chances are if you are not eating organic you are most likely ingesting some GMOs.

GMOs or Genetically Modified Organisms are not proven to be safe, and in fact there have been many controversial studies that have linked GM foods to cancer, weight gain and organ disruption.
Despite the controversy surrounding GMO’s the bottom line is, if you want to avoid artificial, lab created foods and stick to a more natural diet they are best to be avoided.
Currently, the only way you can avoid GMOs is by choosing organic produce or choosing products that are labelled GMO free. But, unless you are taking these measures 100% of the time, here are 4 simple ways that you can detoxify GMO’s from your system:
1.) Proper Elimination:
