It doesn’t matter what your problem is, there is ONE solution to all of it and you have already been given the knowledge you need to use it, you just may have forgotten it.

Here is your reminder…

Whatever issues have been presented to you, know that they all stem from a deeper place, they all manifest from the same core issue.

Our core issues often follow patterns that stem from our subconscious thought system which is put into place between the ages of 0-8. It is this pattern of thinking that really dictates how we live our life and how we proceed down our path.

Without getting too deep into our subconscious mind, we can basically decipher and pin all our “problems” back to one simple note- LOVE.

We are not talking about romantic love, but rather Universal Love. The love that we are made from. The Love that makes up our core vibrational state.

It is SO important to love yourself and it is 100% guaranteed that ALL issues that crop up in your life, stem from that deeper part of you that you have forgotten how to Love.

When you truly love yourself, you re-align your self with the vibration of the Universe and your true, authentic self and this, in turn, puts you in the space of harmony, clarity, and joy.

When you love yourself, you also allow acceptance to move in, which in its very nature brings about the perfect solution you need to move through your issues. As the laws of the Universe dictate, when you align yourself with love, everything around you automatically falls into place.

All issues that stem in our lives are traced back to an inability to love oneself, this is because “issues” that arise throw you off course, and when you are off-course you are not in the vibration of your being, which ultimately is Love.

Basically, the only time you can feel discord or out of sorts is when you are not in the vibration of love, which is the same as the vibration of your true self.

While lack of Love is the root cause of your issues, sometimes there are more steps that need to be taken in order to reach that place where you can allow Love to flow in.

These steps may not be unique to your situation, but the 3 most important things you can do to allow Love in is:

1.) ACCEPT: accept your situation as it is, this will allow you to rise above it and move into a new headspace. Accepting doesn’t mean that everything is ok, accepting just means that you accept that this is what is, and this is the situation as it stands, instead of fighting against it.

2.) CHANGE YOUR THINKING: Once you have accepted your situation, your thoughts about the situation can change. By changing your thoughts you can also help bring movement to a situation, especially if you are feeling stuck or unclear of how to proceed. In order for the situation to change, you need to change your thinking and approach towards it.

3.) INITIATE A PLAN: Now that you have accepted, and the thoughts around the situation have changed, its time to put a strategy into place. Don’t focus on the things that you can’t change, instead, focus on what you can. Focus on what is in your control and how you can change things for the better. If you cannot physically change the situation, then there is no point stressing about it.

By tackling these 3 steps whenever a situation arises you automatically allow Love to filter in and bring healing and resolution to whatever is troubling you.

In short, the answer to your issues always stem from the answer to this question: Do You Love Yourself Completely and Unconditionally?
