I was reading a great blog today about anxiety and these words really resonated with me:
“Anxiety is the state generated when you are most near you hearts desire but not in vibrational resonance with it”
No one really talks about anxiety but almost everyone feels it on a day to day basis, some more than others and some so extreme that it stops them from living their lives.
You can read many articles online about the psychological implications of anxiety, the nutritional reasons, brain chemical deficiencies and all that necessary scientific stuff but what about the metaphysical reasons for anxiety?
Is anxiety perhaps a positive state of being that we should channel into creativity?
Another interpretation is that anxiety is created when you are not trusting or allowing life to flow. Anxiety can sometimes signal that we need to make changes in our lives, changes in our career, relationships or selves.
Above all that however, many believe that anxiety is the beginning to spiritual awakening.
You know subconsciously that something is brewing and although you cannot see it or fathom it, the fact that it is approaching creates a pit of butterflies in your stomach.
Anxiety is created when the ego begins losing itself. When the ego begins to lose power it becomes afraid, your system goes into overload and suddenly you are swept up in wave of uncertainty.
If you have ever researched spiritual awakenings you may come across a list of ascension symptoms. I am not sure if I agree with these all these ‘symptoms’ but many feel that they are signs you are undergoing a spiritual awakening.
Ascension symptoms include everything from feeling tired, stressed and anxious, to ‘seeing’ or hearing things.
I believe a spiritual awakenings can manifest in people in many different ways but if you are feeling anxious, instead of just taking some supplements or popping some Xanax, why not take the time to ponder?
The more I think about it, the more I feel that anxiety is a feeling we get when we block the flow of energy that is coming to us, causing it to vibrate in the pit of our stomach.
In most all cases, there is an underlying emotional pattern or behaviour to anxiety but sometimes understanding the metaphysical can help you move closer to the answer.
