The Moon is connected to water, so spending time near water, staying hydrated and bathing rituals are always a good choice when it comes to balancing lunar energy.
Here is a Moon Bath practice you can adapt and follow whenever the Moon is Void of Course or when you are feeling Moon Sensitive:
Step 1:
Set your intention then fill up a warm bath with salts, flowers, essential oils, crystals or anything else that resonates with you. You can also do the same technique in the shower. Just fill a jug with warm water and your goodies, to pour over you as you stand in the shower.
Step 2:
As you lower yourself into the bath, imagine all the negative or dense emotional energy being washed away. It may even help to do a body scan meditation where you visualize the negative energy lifting away off each part of your body.
Step 3:
After your bath, massage essential oils or a natural moisturizer into your skin while visualizing a beautiful healing white light growing to surround you. You can also recite a mantra such as- “My mind is still, my heart is full. I am at peace with the cycles of my life.”
