Exercise for Saturn Retrograde
For this exercise, you will need a journal and a pen.
Step 1:
Make a list of the months from September 2018 to now.
Step 2:
Under each month reflect on:
- one thing that changed or a significant event that happened
- one thing that you learned
- one thing that you could have done better
- one thing you need to forgive yourself for
Take your time to go through each month. If you can’t remember any of the information, feel free to skip it and come back to it another time. Try to reflect on at least one thing for each category, even if it’s small.
Step 3:
As you go through the months, see if you can identify any patterns or themes emerging. This may give you a clue as to what lessons Saturn’s energy has been instilling in your life.
