Knight of Disks and Three of Cups
This week, I am bringing you the card from Sedona, Arizona. This is a place of powerful energy and healing. I hope the New Moon in Aquarius and our cards this week share the same healing vibrations.
Our first card this week is the Knight of Disks. The Knight of Disks shows up when we need to slow down and pay attention.
This Knight stands out because it’s the only one in the deck that does not have a horse in motion. The Knights are usually galloping through the land or flying through the air, but this Knight has stopped to rest.
And that is exactly what we are being asked to do. We need to press the brakes and take a moment to ground ourselves. We should not be making big decisions or moving at lightning speed.
The Knight of Disks is in a beautiful field, letting his horse graze as he looks out at the setting sun. Disks are all about the natural world and a great way to recharge is in the loving arms of the earth.
All of the vibrational shifts in the cosmos might deplete our energy. We should make time to recharge and reconnect with ourselves.
How can we pause in nature this week? Where can we spend time contemplating? And what are we called to reflect deeply about at this moment?
It’s important for us to take intentional time to rest before continuing on our journey. If we don’t, we might burn out and need an even bigger break later on. And if we make pausing in gratitude a part of our daily life, we will be able to continue from a more centered place.
We are called to the grounding energy of the Disk suit. They want us to practice rest and gratitude as we embark on a new season. Through this practice, we will move in power through the days and months ahead.
Our second card this week is the Three of Cups, which is also referred to as Abundance. When move from our hearts, we call forth the abundance of the Universe. This card speaks to material abundance but also to an abundance of love and spirit.
The Three of Cups points to the loving energy that surrounds us and is available to us at all times. This love never runs out, just like the cups depicted on the card, it’s overflowing.
When we are living in accordance with our own truth, we can access this love more easily. When we are loving towards ourselves, we become a magnet, and more love flows our way.
We can also experience this love from our closest friends and family. This is a rare love that asks nothing of us and gives itself freely. If we are lucky enough to experience this type of love in our life, we should take a moment to be thankful for its gift.
It is such a treasure to have true connections. Let your loved ones know how much you appreciate them. The more we give, the more abundant we become, so share your loving spirit as often as you can.
The Three of Cups shares the themes of community and celebration. When this card appears, we feel called to honor the rare and sacred humans who truly know and accept us. Make space for something fun and festive this week to appreciate all the good in your life.
These rituals of celebration and gratitude bring such positive energy our way. They help to attract more abundance and positivity through their high vibrations.
During this time, we find ourselves connecting to what is truly important in life. We honor our vulnerability, honesty, and loving-kindness. We call in the abundance the Universe has to offer.
Mantra for the week: I stay grounded in the here and now. I know abundance is all around me.
