Queen of Disks and Eight of Wands
We start this week with Halloween, which brings us powerful and magical vibrations. Our cards are here to guide us on how to use the energy to support our growth.
During this time, the veil is thin between our world and those that have passed. We feel our ancestors, spirits, and protectors around us. How will you connect with this moment? Do you feel your guides and loved ones around you? How do you channel these vibrations?
Our first card is the Queen of Disks. This card is definitely connected to strong female ancestors who want to support us on our journey. And in times of struggle, the Queen of Disks has often appeared. She lets us know the true power of our strength.
This gorgeous Queen with her crown made of twisted horns sits on top of her towering throne and surveys her land. She has come so far and is taking time to look back at what she has accomplished.
This Queen is the Queen of boundaries. She says no to things that don’t bring goodness and light. She does not allow in people who are bad for her, she is too smart and experienced for that.
Time has given her strength and intelligence. She is grateful for her past because it has made her who she is, and she is excited for her future because she will use her wisdom to accomplish her dreams.
By making decisions that raise your vibration and propel you forward, you are walking the path of the Queen of Disks. She is a powerful and kind woman that will guide you to evolve in your life and learn to love yourself. She may even be the energy of a strong and loving woman who has passed but is still invested in supporting you.
Where can you apply the Queen’s energy this week? Do you need to be kinder to yourself? Do you need to work on your boundaries? Or do you need to tap into your confidence and wisdom to move forward?
The queen offers up all her gifts to you. She knows that you have everything inside you and will shine a light on your strengths and talents.
She will help you see yourself as a warrior instead of a worrier. As someone who is stronger from their past and is wiser for the future. As someone who is capable of great things and will make a big impact on the world.
Our next card is the Eight of Wands. It embodies the exciting and fast-moving energy that can come with Halloween, entering the holiday season, and making our way to the end of the year. It points to the feeling of being sped up, where everything is evolving at a rapid pace.
Some of us may feel overwhelmed by this period of rapid movement. We may need to ground ourselves to stay calm and connected.
Warm tea, journaling, and connecting with friends are all great grounding activities. Meditation and some sort of physical movement are also ways to bring yourself back into your body.
It’s helpful to know it’s not all intense with the Eight of Wands. This card also aids in moving blockages. Obstacles will be pushed along by this quick and light energy.
We feel like we can get into projects that were difficult for us just a few weeks ago. It may be that we finally make time or feel more inspired, but whatever the reason, we encounter fresh insights and tasks have newfound ease.
We feel ourselves moving forward with the support of the Queen of Disks and the Eight of Wands. They bring us inspiration and motivation. And they remind us that we can have success in our own lives, even when things feel heavy around us.
Mantra for the week: I call in guidance from my ancestors. Blockages are removed and fresh energy takes their place.
