The Capricorn Super Full Moon peaks on July 13, bringing some heavy waves into our cosmic skies. Even though there is some dense energy attached to this Full Moon, it is laced with hidden jewels and rewards! This ritual is designed to help you work with the Full Moon energies. It is my intention that this ritual will help to bring peace and ease into your being, but will also help you to unlock and unload any heavy weight that you no longer wish to carry.
The Capricorn Super Full Moon Ritual 2022
This ritual is best done on the night of the 12th, 13th, or 14th, however you can also do it anytime between July 10-20, 2022.
You will need:
- Aura cleansing tool of choice (eg. dried herb sticks, incense, etc.)
- Rock or stick from outside
- Bowl of water (big enough to submerge rock or stick)
- I am Aligned Meditation
- Capricorn Super Full Moon Reading
Instructions:
1.) Cleanse your aura using your tool of choice. Be sure to cleanse your entire body from top to toe. As you cleanse, feel free to recite the following three times-
“I bring myself into a state of balance, aligning mind, body, and soul. I am cleansed. I am free. I am light. I am me.”
2.) Once you have cleansed your aura, cleanse your ritual space and ritual ingredients. You can recite the following as you do this –
“I cleanse this space with light and love. Only love may dwell here. Only light may live here. My space is cleansed. My space is pure. My space is protected. I cleanse these ingredients with light and love. I am so grateful for these ingredients. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
3.) Take your rock or stick, and hold it in both hands. As you hold the stick/rock, you are going to transfer all of your burdens to it. To do this, recite the following as you hold the stick/rock-
“All that weighs heavy on my shoulders. All that burdens my mind and my heart. All that dampens my mood and my spirit. All that worries me. All that stresses me. All that keeps me up at night. All that weakens my soul. All the guilt. Any pains. May they now be released into this rock/stick for clearing and transmuting.”
Feel free to make this prayer unique to you by adding your own words.
After reciting this prayer, blow into the rock or stick, to complete the transfer. Exhale like you mean it!
You can exhale several times if you feel you have a lot of heavy energy that needs to be transferred to your object. The more meaning you put into each breath, the more you will get out of it!
4.) Still holding your stick/rock, say thank you, express your gratitude for it, and then place it into the bowl of water to begin the transmuting process. Keep your bowl nearby as you begin your “I am Aligned Cosmic Guided Meditation”.
5.) Once you are done with your meditation, take your bowl of water and place it outside under the Moon or near a window to finish the transmutation. The energies of the water, your meditation, and the Moon will help to transmute and shift the heavy energy you put into the stick/rock back into a neutral state.
6.) Now do your Capricorn Super Full Moon Reading. Contemplate any messages that may have come up for you.
7.) Leave the bowl of water out overnight. In the morning, return the water and the stick/rock to the Earth, after thanking it one more time, and discard the water. Your ritual is complete!
