Intuitive Astrology Forecast March 2020

March brings some pivotal shifts that will guide us deeper into the new wave of energy that 2020 brings.

The big headline event for March, other than the start of the astrological year, is Saturn changing signs.

Saturn changes signs every 2.5 years and when it does, it creates a ripple and shift in the cosmos that we all feel.

Saturn is known as the Lord of Karma, so as it moves out of Capricorn, where it has been since 2017, and into Aquarius, we are going to be guided to wrap up a karmic cycle.

As we wrap up this karmic cycle, Saturn will be making sure we have done the work so we can successfully move on a graduate to a new and higher vibration.

Pay attention to what unfolds on the days around March 21st, when Saturn makes its move into Aquarius, for clues on what this new cycle may bring.

But now, let’s return to the top of the month as there are some smaller energy shifts happening too that will guide us into this deeper rhythm.

In the first week of March, Venus will be in a heavy alignment with Saturn. We may feel like we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders or we may find ourselves feeling disconnected and alone.

If any of this resonates during the first week of the month, know that self-love and not being hard on yourself is the key.

Doing Venus-themed things like creativity, art, and pampering are all good ways to use this energy too.

On March 8, just before the Full Moon, there will be a surge of creative energy flowing through the cosmos. While this creative energy can be inspiring, it may also stir up some deeper emotions that need to be cleansed and released.

We may also find our dreams heightened and our psychic senses more sensitive. We may also find it easier to visualize and manifest our plans into reality.

This energy will then lead us into the Full Moon, which falls in Virgo on the 9th.

This Full Moon will be illuminating and may help to uncover some new truths or realizations. We may be guided to pay particular attention to our health and to address any nagging symptoms or repetitive patterns we may be finding ourselves in.

While this Full Moon may illuminate and bring things to the surface, we may have to be mindful of jumping to conclusions or making assumptions before we are sure.

We have to trust our intuition and instincts, but also not allow our emotions to take over and color the truth of the situation.

Following the Full Moon, Mercury goes direct on the 10th. At the end of the retrograde, we can start to take what we have learned from our inner world and start to apply it to our outer world.

On March 19-20, we have the Equinox with the Sun entering Aries. This shift also signals the start of a new astrological year.

Aries is considered the first sign of the zodiac, so when the Sun returns to this place, it signifies the start of a new cycle.

We may feel a renewed sense of hope and optimism under this energy. Aries is a fiery energy and with the Sun in this sign, we may feel boosted, recharged, and ready to get things done.

At this point in the month, we have strong energy for intention setting and for thinking about how we wish to spend the rest of the year. This is not to say we need to have it all planned out, but the Universe is asking us for our input. It is asking us what we wish to focus on or which areas of our life we wish to improve.

It is asking for our input so we can co-create with the energies of the world around us, and we can look to nature for clues on how to go about this.

In the Northern Hemisphere, it is a time where nature is blooming and the ground is fertile. What can we call to bloom in our own lives? What do we need to nourish and fertilize within ourselves?

In the Southern Hemisphere, it is a time where nature is preparing for the death phase in its cycle. Letting go, releasing attachment, allowing things to flow in their natural rhythms are all themes of the season. Where do you need to adopt this mentality in your own life? What are you being called to release and let go of?

By tuning in to nature, you can work in harmony with the energies that are offered to us at this sacred time of the year.

On March 24, we have the Aries New Moon, which will enhance all the new fresh energies that are circulating.

Chiron, the asteroid of healing, is also very active on this New Moon too, so we may find ourselves undertaking a healing journey or feeling closure to things that we have been working with over the last 6 months.

March 2020 wraps up with Saturn and Mars very active, which is interesting, as at the start of the month, Saturn and Venus are very active.

Saturn is definitely a star player this month and will most likely bring some shifts and closure that we will all feel. I will have more for you on this in the weeks to come.

To guide you through all these changing energies of March, I have created a powerful guided meditation, which you can try here.
