Mars and North Node
This week, a New Moon in Pisces is on February 27. Our cards guide us as we set intentions and embark on a new lunar cycle.
Our first card this week is Mars. It speaks to our inner fire and confidence in our actions, especially when aligning with our passions.
In Mythology, Mars is the God of War. Two horses pull his carriage with names that mean fear and terror. When Mars is activated, we are called to push past something we are afraid of to move forward.
Fear is a natural part of life, but sometimes, it can keep us captive. We can rule by fear, let fear rule us, or accept fear as part of life and move with grace.

Mars motivates us to pursue our passions and run toward what makes us feel alive. It encourages us to step outside our comfort zones and transform our fear, anger, or intense emotions into constructive energy. By doing so, we can harness these feelings as motivation for personal growth and positive change.
Our next card is North Node, which speaks to the future. Astrologically, the North Node is a point between the Sun and the Moon. It is a crucial point on any chart that indicates what we are meant to master in this lifetime.
The North Node shows us the lessons we are meant to learn and speaks to our higher purpose. This card has come up in our reading to help us focus on our future and the bigger picture.
We often strive to be more present in the moment, but the North Node encourages us to look ahead. What kind of future are we creating for ourselves, and what do we want to invest our time, money, and effort into? Are we building a life around the things that are truly important to us, or are we moving without intention?
The future is uncertain, and much is out of our control. How can we shape the aspects of our lives within our power? How can we align our actions with the future we envision for ourselves?
This card encourages us to set powerful intentions during the New Moon. What do we desire for this month, this year, or even for the next decade? How can we move closer to our purpose and passion? What were we meant to achieve in this lifetime?
This week, we will start implementing plans that will lead us to something greater. We are committed to leveling up and ensuring that fear does not guide our decisions. Each experience we encounter provides valuable insights for our future. We are precisely where we need to be in our journey.
