Oppression and Ace of Cups
It is tough out there right now. Things are scary. The world feels like it is chaotic, heavy, and out of our control.
We want a good life for our loves one. We want peace. But it does’t seem like we will get what we want.
The Oppression card indicates our frustration. We want something badly, yet we seem to have no chance of retrieving it.
We feel blocked. We are irritable and disappointed. Our hope is waining because our efforts seem to be futile.
This card points to being blocked in our communication as well. Perhaps there are things you are wanting to share that you can’t seem to get out.
Mercury in Retrograde, which started on the 12th August, can be part of this blocked communication. But we have been feeling our words stuck inside us for awhile.
How can we get clear with what we want to say this week? How can we push ourselves to connect to what we want to see happen?
Also WHY aren’t we speaking our mind?
Get clear on why you are holding back.
Maybe it is smart not to share. You might not want to tell your boss that they are super annoying. But it might be more about fear. Perhaps with you want to share with your family, and are scared on how the relationships might change.
I recommend writing what you want to say down on paper. This would help get all this energy out of your body and into the Universe where it can be processed and healed.
Feelings stuck inside can make us sick. They can be heavy burdens that effect our relationships and pull our bodies down.
Luckily, we have the Ace of Cups here to bring new energy and push us past our blocks.
The Ace of Cups is a major spiritual step forward. This card indicates a period where our spiritual desires reveal themselves.
Perhaps through our confessions, we start to move towards a more honest and heartfelt path.
This card can indicate the beginning of a loving relationship, either romantically or otherwise. Using Oppression to really get true with ourselves, is an important step in starting these relationships.
But truly, this card is about love. Count the loving relationships in your life and feel grateful for them all. This is so crucial during this intense and disheartening time in world.
We must remember love flows out like the energy beaming out of the chalice on the Ace of Cups.
People have deep love for one another everyday. People make decisions from a place of love each moment. There is goodness in this world.
Mediate on those who give so much and have so much love. There are countless people working to make the world a better place. Their love can help energize our spirits.
Mantra for the week: I let go of my frustrating blocks and connect with what I need to say. I move forward in love and feel connected to the hearts of others.
