The Pisces New Moon on March 13, 2021, carries some of the most creative energies we have seen in a long time.
At the time of this New Moon, both Venus and Neptune will be very active. Together, their energies can open our heart, help us dive into the depths of our intuition, strengthen our spiritual gifts, and bring healing vibrations into our relationships.
Venus and Neptune together also remind us of the power of unconditional love. No matter what is going on in your life, know you are loved. No matter what struggles you have been through, know you are loved.
You are the Universe, the Universe is you, and in the words of the poet, Rumi- “You are the soul of the soul of the universe, and your name is Love.”
Love is who you are, and love is what you will return to.
To help you make the most of these magical, creative, and loving vibrations, here is a ritual to guide you –
Pisces New Moon Ritual
This ritual is best done between March 11-22, 2021
You will need:
- Cleansing tool of choice
- Lotus Compassion Meditation
- 2 sheets of drawing paper
- Colored pencils/markers/paint
- Soothing background music (optional)
1.) Start by cleansing your aura, followed by your surroundings. As you cleanse your aura, feel free to recite the following-
“I connect with the magic that’s within me. Light pours in from the crown of my head to the tips of my toes. I am cleansed. I am recharged. My aura is glowing. I am aligned.”
As you cleanse your surroundings, feel free to recite the following-
“I cleanse my space with light and loving energy. May an aura of light surround my space right now, protecting it, nourishing it, and cleansing it of any energy that is not aligned with light. My space is cleansed. My space is protected. Only love dwells here.”
2.) Begin your ritual by doing the Lotus Compassion Meditation. This 10-minute meditation is designed to unlock self-compassion and your inner potential.
3.) After your meditation, turn on your background music if using. Take your paper and colored pencils/markers, and begin drawing whatever comes to your mind. Don’t overthink it, and try to make it abstract. Just fill your page with lines, symbols, or whatever else you feel drawn to draw!
4.) Once you are satisfied, give your drawing a name. Just come up with whatever you feel in the moment.
5.) Now, take your paper and hold it upside down. Reflect on how your drawing makes you feel or what words come to mind when you look at it. Be as abstract or as imaginative as you like. See if you can come up with at least three things. Write them down.
6.) With this list of three things in front of you, think about how these words or feelings may be relevant for you right now. Do they hold a message for you or a clue to what may be manifesting in your subconscious? Feel free to journal on this.
7.) Now, take a new sheet of paper and draw something you wish to manifest or create in your life. You can draw it literally or just in an abstract way. Give your drawing a name if you wish and place it somewhere you can see it until the lunar cycle is complete (April 10).
Your ritual is now complete. Happy New Moon!
