See below for the meaning behind the crystal you chose-

  • Crystal #1: Amethyst
  • Crystal #2: Lapis Lazuli
  • Crystal #3: Lepidolite

1.) Amethyst

Amethyst is one of the most popular and potent in the crystal kingdom due to its versatile qualities and ability to cleanse, heal, awaken, and protect. Amethyst is also known as the stone associated with the third eye and our intuition.

If you chose this crystal, it could be a sign that you need to invite more protection into your life, especially spiritual or psychic protection. This is especially true if you find yourself feeling sensitive to what other people are feeling or if you find yourself constantly giving or sacrificing yourself in order to please others.

The word Amethyst comes from the Greek word meaning “not drunk” and was believed to protect against becoming intoxicated after a night out of drinking.

Choosing this crystal as a messenger in your life also points to where you may be addicted or obsessed about something in your life that is causing you to lose mental and spiritual clarity.

Is there an addictive behavior you keep returning too? Do you find yourself feeling addicted to certain foods, thoughts, or vices?

Think about what addictive behaviors may be blocking you in your life at the moment and see if you can use the strength and spiritual protection that lives within you to help transcend them.

To help with this process, consider wearing amethyst or the color purple. You may also find cleansing your third eye chakra, journaling or meditation to be beneficial as well.

2.) Lapis Lazuli

Lapis Lazuli is the stone associated with truth and thoughtful communication. It encourages self-expression and guides us to reveal our true self and our true thoughts.

Lapis Lazuli is associated with the throat chakra, which is the energy center that rules over truth, integrity, and honesty. It is also the energy center of the body that inspires us to share our wisdom, ideas, and creativity with the world.

If felt drawn to Lapis Lazuli, it could be a sign that you need to be more honest with yourself or others. If there is a difficult conversation you need to have, even if it is with yourself, this is your sign that it’s time to go within and figure out the truth of where you stand.

What truth are you hiding away from yourself or others? Where are you shrinking back to avoid communicating your true thoughts and feelings?

If there is something you wish to get off your chest to another person, try imagining them standing in front of you and say out loud everything you wish to say to them. Once done, imagine sending them healing, loving energy, or if needed, follow up with the Ho’oponopono prayer.

Alternatively, you may have also drawn this stone into your life because you have wisdom or knowledge that needs to be shared with the world either through writing a blog or book, or through public speaking.

Your intuition will guide you to the best message for you, but to help bring more of this energy into your life spend time singing, journaling, surrounding yourself with the color blue, and expressing yourself in creative ways.

3.) Lepidolite

Lepidolite is a crystal used to support feelings of anxiety and stress. It also contains lithium, which is actually used in many mood-altering drugs. (FYI raw lepidolite is toxic and should not be ingested!)

Feeling attracted to Lepidolite may be a sign that you need to take more time out to relax and unwind, and to address any lingering stresses or anxieties you may be having.

Our modern lifestyles are filled with stresses, so every now and again it’s important to switch off and take the time to recharge. Spending time in nature is great for this, as is doing a social media or news detox, and learning how to say no to things that don’t serve you.

On a day to day level, anxiety and stress can also be reduced by keeping a clean diet, exercising, meditating, working on creative projects, connecting with friends, or speaking with a therapist.

Lepidolite is all about inviting peace into your life, so think about ways you can create more peace for yourself and see how it positively affects you and those around you too. Become a beacon of peace!

Tools to help you on this journey can include carrying or wearing lepidolite, spending time in nature, working on the heart chakra, minimizing screen time, getting plenty of rest, and sipping on chamomile or lemon balm tea.
